A short call to understand your goals and see if we’re a good fit.
You’ll get clarity on which coaching option suits you — with zero pressure, zero commitment.

2. Choose your plan and get your onboarding session

If you decide to join, you select your monthly plan.
Then we schedule your 60-minute onboarding session, where we do the full deep-dive: training history, lifestyle, nutrition, injuries, goals, constraints, and what you need right now to start improving.

You receive your training and nutrition plan, weekly guidance, and full access to the Asciende HUB app.
We track progress, adjust as needed, and build consistent performance, week after week.

1. What do I need to get started?

Nothing. Just the desire to improve your performance, training, habits, and nutrition.
I provide all the tools you need — including the Asciende HUB app, which I designed based on real feedback from athletes like you.

2. Are the plans monthly?

Yes. All plans are monthly.
Pricing varies depending on how much contact you want with me, the amount of work involved, and how often your plan may need adjustments due to changes or unexpected events.

3. How much feedback do I get?

It depends on the service you choose — but I never hold back knowledge.
My goal is always the same: to help you improve as effectively and sustainably as possible.

4. Do I need the Asciende app?

You don’t need it, but I highly recommend it.
The app was built from the real experiences and needs of other athletes, and as an Asciende athlete, you get full access for free.
Not using it would simply mean missing out — though you’re free to use any other app you prefer.
