Planning is offered in sports tracking software.
For cycling we use Training Peaks, and depending on the athlete we can use others for tracking training in the gym or nutrition.
Whatever the modality, you will benefit from all the tools while working with Asciende.
In this way, tracking is specific, easy and accessible to any athlete.

Who gives you plans and advices in Asciende
My name is Agu Hernandez and because of my family I started competing in cycling at the age of 14, something I still do.
But life had other plans than to give me lots of mitochondria, so I ended up playing Beach Volleyball internationally.
In Argentina I got my first degree, in Nutrition, so I have been working in Sports Nutrition for more than 10 years, although my passion for human performance made me do a Master's in Sports Physiology in Spain and a second Master's in High Performance Sports in Endurance Sports.
Maybe I see a PhD in the future.

We analyze your training history, goals, and time availability to design a plan tailored to your level and needs.
Mainly TrainingPeaks and WKO5, but we can adapt to other platforms if necessary.
We use metrics such as power (FTP), heart rate, training load (TSS), and other data extracted from platforms such as TrainingPeaks.
Both options are valid, but the power meter provides more accurate data to optimize your training.
Depending on the service chosen, you can always combine it with the nutrition service for better results.
Weekly/biweekly/monthly monitoring is done depending on the plan chosen and adjusted based on your progress and feedback.
