How it works...
We make each athlete unique.
Initial Consultation
We will have an initial consultation where a first assessment of the athlete's situation and needs will be carried out, analyzing in depth various nutritional markers and habits, objectives and skills. You will receive a one-week plan in the App appropriate to your schedules, training and objectives.
Follow up...
We believe that a person's diet should be flexible to their personal moments, rather than having everything exactly measured. That is why we give greater importance to the follow-up and subsequent consultations to get the most out of the entire process.
We work with amateur and professional athletes, and we know that time, dedication and importance are different. Therefore, any modification will be personalized.
Eating Like an Athlete requires knowing the current moment of the athlete, to know what step needs to be taken.
